Submitted Google sitemap encountering Error

    I have submitted my sitemap via Google Webmaster Tools twice.

    The first time my blog url was: ngmetrics.wordpress.com to which the Google submission had a X saying: 'URL not allowed'

    I modified the blog and now it is located on: seo.ngmetrics.com

    But I am getting same error on submission.

    You can't mix URLs for different sub/domains in XML sitemap.
