focused right now solely on koh samui, everything from budget rooms to private villas going for over 2,000 USD per night. not just a booking agency however, it has actually grown organically (go figure) from our property management division where we have about 50 or so villas under direct day to day management as well as rental management. we'll expand to phuket next once we have finished with a few more chores on this island.
