    Tired of not being able to upload to mininova/thepiratebay Im offering this service to submit your torrents to the top sites for a small fee of $3.00 which may increase. Send me a pm for details on how the process works. Im able to change my ip/mac address in order to do this for you.

    a quality uploader who can get the torrents to stick for longer can charge higher prices. the cheaper services probably don't change ip as often, etc. anyway, it's more professional (and considerate) to ask questions about a service before lambasting it.
