I cannot say that I liked that one. I do not have any problem with the rest of your sites, though. This happening definitely made me realize that I needed to register the other TLDs, which I did today.

 

I am very glad to see that you have given Chris the domain... You did the right thing IMO.......

 

He didn't actually give it to me, but he did sell it to me.

 

I kinda figured that, but I am guess you got it considerably cheap and I am glad to see that it wasn't a real issue for you.... This type of thing can get very stressful when you put alot of energy into something.....

 

I had better not comment further, but yea, I know what you mean. I went ahead and registered the .net, .biz, .us, and .org after it happened.

 

It was not a great idea to register this domain to begin with, but glad that you let it go to Chris. Obviously, there could be some serious confusion with two similar sites (both directories) and both named Alive Directory. Chris, Google is so worried about people registering domains similar to theirs that they even registered: http://www.gooooogle.com and http://www.gppgle.com .

 

I agree. That's just bad form, especially with the owner being a fellow Dper. Good to see Chris eventually getting his hands on it though.

Looks like digitalpoint.tv and digitalpoint.ws are available everyone. Better get 'em now since they are such great domains!

 

Also notice that someone has a alivelinkdirectory .com Don't know if this compares to the alivedirectory.info?

 

Yea, this member http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=14694 owns the alivelinkdirectory.com site. But he also owns livelinkdirectory.com so his registering of that domain makes a little more sense to me.

 

Yea, i can understand that? I also notice that someone brought up kingnintendo.net But, i did sell mine kingnintendo.com last week,thou.
