I don't think there will be a battle anymore than a dust particle can fight it out with the Moon for gravitational supremacy.
Thats a personal press release written by a someone who's extremely biased. Are you trying to imply that it was Cuil who wrote the release? Or even someone who is a pro press release writer? Think again cause any decent PR writer wouldn't even go close to use slangs like "shite" in a press release.
Hi ya there illustrious.. I think you should mail them again just in case Hopefully they will come to crawl up pretty soon. best of luck!
Cuil is give more interesting, but i think it is far away to say that it will become google's competition.
I'm not sure how well cuil will work but I submitted my sites to be crawled as per the info you have shared with us. Let see how soon they add my sites. SticKer
cuil sucks I wouldn't even waste my time forget about cuil, they have gotten way more media than they ever deserved, they are nothing
Yep, I give it a week-2 tops. I've seen Google and Yahoo on TV countless of times. They've been mentioned in hundreds of movies. cuil doesn't have 120billion sites. In fact. out of all my 43 sites, only 3 indexed. You Cuil advertisers should know that it's not about how many pages are indexed, but what's cool and regular. No matter how good it can be(it's not) it can take years to take other people, because nobody like change. Look at AOL,LIVE,MSN searches. Almost nobody uses those search engines and they have waaay more budget than cuil does, who's sponsored by some low end la-la companies. What a joke!
It is not necessary to submit your site because according to founder, cuil will crawl the web and index all sites...
So true man.. I just hope they keep up the expectation and keeps on working hard. In the future if it really becomes something staggeringly big I just don't wanna be out of their index because I simply didn't care to care, know what I mean And massive funding is not the most important issue, quality and friendliness is. So people won't say just cuil it, rather like "search your cuil"
