Apologies if this has already been brought to your attention. I found a very neat software application which I thought I should share. It's called Directory Submitter, and it was released a couple of weeks ago by Brad Callen, the guy who produced SEOElite. The software is totally free to download and use. You can submit your websites to over 380 free web directories, and if you upgrade (which costs something like $47, but I'm not sure), you can submit your websites to something like 1,100 free web directories. The software doesn't submit your websites automatically, and it has nothing to do with blackhatting. What you do is input the details of your website in the software, open the web directories one-at-a-time in the software's browser, find the category that suits your website, and the software automatically fills in your website's details (i.e., URL, website description, keywords, etc.). All you have to do then is click on Submit Site and move on to the next web directory. Very neat!
Thanks for informing , i have already got this in my mail. see http://www.digixmas.com/ they have a article as well as directory submitter.
Yeah its not bad but the benefit of those free directories is very small. Every little bit helps though.
Hi, guys, This is Masterful, the guy who started this thread. I just wanted to make something clear . . . Using Directory Submitter is manual submission. Its purpose is to make the manual submission process easier. This software does not automatically submit your website to the web directories; it automates the manual submission process. Those of you who are worried that using this software isn't as effective as manual submission therefore have nothing to worry about. All this software does is store 380+ free web directories for easy access, and it saves you the time of having to fill in all the details about your website. You tell the software exactly what it should fill in about your website, and it does it automatically. What's great about Directory Submitter is that it also stores the dates in which you last submitted to each directory, and it stores which anchor texts you submitted. Plus, the software allows you to add other web directories to its database. And Vigor, most of the free web directories stored in Directory Submitter have page ranks ranging between 3 and 6, so submitting to them will be beneficial to your website's page rank.
Does Roboform have a database of over 380 free web directories? Does it keep note of submission dates and submitted anchor texts? Is it totally free to use all of its features? I think not.
Make a search. We talk it million times. Here is active link http://directorysubmitter.imwishlist.com Why you use a tiny url can u explain for us? Maybe use a clickbank? Be honest my friend. And directory sub is a 0.They arent except my 5 mails on 3 different computer.Roboform is best, forget others.
It's a good idea Masterful, I can definitely appreciate the ingenuity that went behind it, and it's intention is to make a job easier for someone out seeking directories. It's this kind of forward thinking that can keep moving us in a good direction. My only suggestion is to question as many reputable and knowledgeable internet marketing people as possible, build a tool off their suggestions, and start alpha testing it with some people early on. Beta test rolls in, talk to the internet marketing community for feedback and suggestions. Be ready for haters and lovers. I say this because I made a webapp that I was so sure would be the next big hit in establishing a garbage free way to exchange links with likeminded website owners. Since I didn't talk to people first and test it beyond just myself and 2 other people, if failed miserably because other people have done it better... and they did it right. Keep at it though, you might be on to something
The Tool is just like Manual Submit, but it me myself getting fast for submitting. People like have less budget so, I using little power from these free Directories
I couldn't download the directory submitter. Getting error. However, I have downloaded their article submitter. I shall try it.
Hi, Malatya, I am sorry that you don't appreciate my contribution. It sounds like you have already jumped at the chance to download the software but feel bitter that you didn't receive any support. Please be aware that I took the URL from my signature. I had to use a tiny URL in my signature because, as you can see below, my signature is very long. Plus, please let me remind you that the software is totally free, unless you choose to upgrade. The free version has full functionality and facilitates submission to 380+ directories. I would have thought that this would be appreciated by an SEO-enthusiastic crowd. And as to your laughing at my ignorance of the fact that the software had already been posted, I draw your attention to my first sentence at the beginning of the thread: "Apologies if this has already been brought to your attention." Regards, Masterful
I already downloaded it and will try it tongiht. http://directorysubmitter.imwishlist.com/download-free/ thanks for sharing.
