What was once a PR4 forum that lost much of backlinks while I took a break from the web. The forum is no longer and the site had been idled, but it still has authority; type in directory talk in it is #1 and hold it's name, so the site is pretty much alive from being idled for many months. It is now a Social Networking sites (Much like Digg)which caters to web directories news and announcement. If you had just release a new mods or templates you can announce it there too and it is so much more and SEO friendly which makes a good backlink for you.
