The most important thing I need is reliability. I need someone that will submit content every single day, for a long period of time. This is not a week/month job, but a long-term thing, and I need someone that will be able to do this everyday over a long period of time. You will need to gather media from around the internet, and then upload it to a website, and create titles/descriptions/tags/ and a thumb for each media.
