I thing the prices are reasonable for pr5 directories, You can check the prices of other pr5 directories in the market, Also what you suggest, what should be the prices (Premium host).

 

i think $5/regular link and $10/featured link is better. This is way to expensive!

 

I would at least finish the site before trying to charge anything more then 10$ a link..
