i have submittede one of my sites to dmoz 1 year before but they did not accept it yet. dmoz is only accepting the web sites pf the dmoz editor. dont trust dmoz
I don't believe you. In fact, I don't even think your site even exists! And I'm sure that there is no category for a site like that... Honestly, if you submitted in 2006, then your submission was list. Please try again.
I think best way is after everybody submitted site to DMOZ, everybody should forget it and focus on buildlink on other place.
I submitted 2 sites in same niche to DMOZ, one got accepted the other didn't. Don't worry, I have never seen any benefit of being dmoz registered! Just forget about it and move on. Previously I offered to be a moderator but noone got back to me.
Tip to get listed in Dmoz fast - buy an already Dmozed aged domain and use a 301 redirect to redirect it to your current website.
And when that is found out (even just the sale of a dmoz listed site) it's promptly removed... and why? because of what you are suggestion *rolls eyes* There are better ways to get listed... like not even bothering.
