Submit to directories or Submit Article?

Hi,

I have submitted to directories and get about 30 links from them. Most of them are low pr. 0-5. The thing i want to know is, it is better to submit article? or better to submit to directories? Cause i have read many places that peoples are submitting articles to get backlinks. I have never tried to submit articles. Do you have some experience with it? By submitting an article to example ezinearticles, gives some backlinks?

Yes, ezine articles gives you backlinks and allows you to enter keywords and anchor text. In my experience, this is better than having backlinks from lots of poor PR directories.

 

Submitting articles to ezine can get you lot of back links which could be much much more than submitting to directories.

 

Submitting an article works better. When you have an article submitted, that creates one backlink, but when other people republish your article, they will also link to your site and so on, this creates a great branching effect of backlinks from just ONE article! The only thing you really need to work on is getting a well written article

 

Ezine articles can get you faster traffic, for sure (depending on the quality of the articles, of course). But definitely keep on trying to get links from other areas.

I'm not sure about the lasting PR of articles (and thus the longterm quality of the link), but what's happened to me several times is that the article itself has shown up on google for one keyword or another, and I get traffic that way irregularly.

 

Submit to both, the more the better. New here from a blackhat seo forum

 

yeah right. both gives you backlinks. just keep righting articles with good quality content and keep submitting them on article submission sites.

 

Do both and don't kill yourself submitting to 500 web directories and 200 article directories. Outsource them for better business (freeing up your time) and saving your sanity and for better health (hitting those buttons really hurts the little hand muscles)

it will both benefits you, it hard to submit articles coz you'll put your best effort in making 1. There are many directories to have a links with just keep on submitting links !

submitting articles and adding your link in it works great. with directories, it works, but then i would prefer articles.

 

I agree with the "do both" mentality, but strongly advise you find an outsourced company to do the submissions. You can get it done on the cheap using some of the popular outsource portals elance/renta/etc..

 

Ezinearticles help a lot if you have good skills in writing. But for the benefit of others, directories also help increase PR
