Yes there is. You just need to be a part of the Noomle Community to be able to access that. The reason for this is to safe guard all submitted sites to the directory against all the garbage that most people submit and which may bring down the PR. We believe people want quality directories, not a trash bin, in order to place their sites.

 

The directory has been cleaned and gets cleaned often to make sure that your PR won't become diluted by garbage sites. Also, Noomle has auctions to include your sites in different pages in the directory (eg. you could get 3rd position on the 1st page, 2nd position on the 2nd page etc etc). A lot of people have been bidding so you know this is a great opportunity
