I am thinking of starting a website to allow people to submit and list themes and templates. This should be based on WordPress (so, ideally it should be a WordPress plugin). Users can just register. Then he signs in, and submit the theme in WordPress. Once the administrator approves the theme, the theme will be listed on the website. Any one knows of any plugin can do this?
