I don't mean to knock you down because you've got a fairly pretty directory setup but you have no active links and as recently as May 17, 2014, that domain hosted a Spanish language web design and consulting site; and the last time that it was included in the Internet Archive (WayBack Machine), on December 17, 2014, there was nothing there. Despite the fact that it shows a copyright date of 2008, it was not a directory in 2008. What that means is that the last time that Google updated it's public PageRank, which it isn't doing anymore, that domain wasn't a directory, so it has never been a PR 4 General Web Directory. If you are interested in having a web directory, my recommendation would be to not go with a general web directory. There are too many of them as it is, and most of them are crap. If you want to do something with your directory script, find yourself a niche that isn't already crowded and create a niche directory. At any rate, you won't get anywhere marketing a directory that has no listings. You need to add at least a few listings to every category. With empty categories, it's a directory script, but not a directory.
