    I think if you have a valid reason to re-submit such as more page added or changes, it shouldn't be a problem. But I would say the most frequent time shouldn't be more than once a day.

    i am using auto sitemap for my blog. it will update automaticly when i post a article. is it ok for google ?

    Its not that difficult. You need to use PHP and MySQL if you have a database driven pages.

    google crawls sites regularly so you don't need to re submit your sitemap every day.
