    Is there an automatic way to do this with php or something of the sorts?

    For accessing the webmaster control panel you should have live account.
    When you log in just add the website and verify them by META or File upload method.

    You can also submit to Bing Local, which is probably more useful than the regular submission link. There are better ways to get listed in search engines than submitting in general, but local submissions generate local listings and viable backlinks. Here's the link: https://ssl.bing.com/listings/ListingCenter.aspx

    You'll need a physical location where they will mail you a letter to verify accuracy.

    Submit your sites to Bing directly, if you have new websites. Otherwise, if your sites are already in MSN's/Live's index, you shouldn't bother re-submitting.

    Also, as with other search engines, Bing will crawl and index your site if your site already has backlinks pointing to it from other websites that are already indexed in Bing.

    Yeah, but sometimes search engines are busy crawling black-hat seo sites than good sites. In such case, it is better to submit sites than asking them to find us manually.

    1) Visit at http://www.bing.com/docs/submit.aspx and submit your website.
    2) You can also submit directly sitemap into bing.com using this sample url : http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?sitemap=www.yourdomainname.com/sitemap.xml
    3) Visit at http://www.bing.com/webmaster and submit your site, but in that case, you have hotmail. live email id.

    I have two sites with nice traffic from Bing. I never submitted to the site. You get enough quality backlinks. Bing will find you.
