Submit our new site to Google Search Engine?

Just wonder when there is new site coming up, do we need to submit it to Google and get our site index? Any idea whether there is a need to do so? Please comments. Thanks

 

usually google find about your site one way or another, for example via one of the incoming links

 

it doesnt hurt to submit using add url option with gogole. or you can log in to google webmaster tool and submit your sitemap there for indexing purposes.

i myself dont bother to submit as gogole finds the sites though backlinks and index them over time. since you will need to build backlinks to your site anyway to get ranked high, there is no need to submit your URL

 

It is good if you submit you site to every search engine. One of the best reason of manual submission is the site is been submitted to related category.

 

I have never submitted my sites to Google. The submission process takes several days to complete, and usually Google has already found my site by then. Does anyone know exactly how long the process takes for submission to be approved?

 

google finds new sites on its own so there is no need of submission.

 

you can submit your site to search engine, or if you do some banklinks for your site, you need not submit it to search engine.

 

Normally it gets indexed itself. If you point links to it you can start building publicity within google
