You can specify a sitemap in your robots.txt file. Also you can submit a sitemap to Yahoo.

You can submit sitemap in yahoo site explorer. I think submit at yahoo site explorer is useless. It's require a long time to get indexed. More effective method is find backlinks to your website.

Did you authenticated your website while submitting your feed in Yahoo explorer?

Go to yahoo site explorer, add your site, once you have your site added to your profile, click your site name to edit its settings. In the left hand column on the sites profile, there will be a "Feeds" link. Click the "Feeds" link. At the top of the next page will be a place to enter the URL of the feed.

You can submit RSS feeds and sitemaps, and you can submit more then one feed.

Before you setup the sitemap, you will have to authenticate your site, just like what bobchrist posted.

Yahoo webmaster tools might not be as effective as the ones offered by Google. Sometimes it might take weeks before you see the things changed and updated in your member panel.
