Cant see the "Suggest URL" link, I take it you mean "Suggest Link"?

I was in the Internet category (http://www.the-c-directory.com/general/index.php?category=112) clicked "Suggest Link" and got a 3 billion pixel wide page (slight exaggeration but can be seen here: http://www.the-c-directory.com/general/suggest-link.php?id=112).

 

After +5 minutes the blank remains blank. And the source his code is

Anoher thing: Featured listings appears twice: on featured section and on free section. Example: http://www.the-c-directory.com/general/index.php?category=382
