Submit button wil not work on FF but works properly on IE

    I have a form to mail that works properly that both IE and FF... but for some reason when I created a new form on the same website - the submit button will not work on FF.

    Could this be a coding problem? OR Do i need to have a separate PHP file to send multiple forms?
