You said it asked for an article summary so that is exactly what you put there. Just write three sentences that contain the keywords you are going for and explain what the article is about as concise as possible but do it effectively.. I suggest doing this than copying a portion of your article because its more original.
Tell them enough in the summary to make them want to read your whole article. After being on the internet for a while people tend to get lazy, so you have to tease them into reading your article
