    It's too soon, your forum won't be accepted. You should work on building it up more.

    There should be several threads in every forum, and several posts in those threads before you should even think about submitting a forum to DMOZ.

    But not only should you have several threads/posts those threads should actually have decent (and relevant) content within them, and likely from several members...

    Forums come & go, and an initial blast of posts does not a forum make...it should also look like it'll be around for a while. An editor does not want to waste time accepting a forum, only to check back in a few months and find it's got the same thread count... at least I don't
