    Users are not able to do this. It's something that Google does when playing favoritism. I asked this on the official Google forums and this was the official response.

    I wish there was something we could do, but there isn't.

    It might be related to google adwords. I suppose, companies that spend loads of many with google may get this kind of listing.

    Also, the sites that are informative and popular may also get it as well.

    Just a guess.

    Sitemap will be the best way. But it also depend your individual site popularity. So, do expect all site appear in google!

    submit a sitemap, have a sitemap on your site and get backlinks from quality sites.
