There are many link page site in the list, where a particular link page represent many other's and hence automatedly submitted to other's (Server Side Submission) For Example there is a link page site which represent 6 lakh other's (name and details given in report).

Theres only one Google Index so how can you post to :

google austria
google france
google germany
google hong kong

I dont want your secrets.. But this seems odd to me.... You can rank for a particular Google tld obviously by having your servers located in the country or having the specific country tld , but submission to each Google SE is a bit curious??
