On the site there needs to be a way for prospective business owners to come to my site and fill out a long form describing their business and make payment on that same form: Business Name: Business Address: Phone#: Email (optional): Choose a web template (a series of radio buttons with a clickable preview of each web template): Payment Plan: Once the payment goes through I want that information to be forwarded to my email address AND submitted to the directory.
