    Why are you selling this site?

    I do not have time to grow this site, nor the interest or the ambition.

    How is it monetized?

    It can be monetized with Adsense. The extension for this forum is already installed, tested and it works.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?

    That depends, as it is a forum. If it grows, you need to moderate it more, but you can always get assign some moderators.

    What challenges are there with running this site?

    The challenges is getting new members. The site is pretty much stuck at the moment, there is no active community yet. But it has potential, it can achieve great SEO and it is the only Submarineforum out there. I have not put any effort in advertising the forum yet I got some members through organic search, which is remarkable.
