Hi, i'm currently building a discussion forum and i'm planning to put google ads onto it. Before building my "Rules" section, I was wondering if me (as the webmaster) can be held responsible for the content the members post? If so, what kind of topics should be immediatly deleted when found? Beside warez, child porn, and discussions about making bombs to make an attentat at the white house, what kind of topics could be in conflict with google's rules and get me in trouble ? Are discussions about soft drugs (marijuana) allowed? Also, i have a politics section with a few forums about socialism, communism and anarchism... So it brings a lot of peoples with radical views.. and discussions about politics can quickly turn into "hate" against the current system in place... Can this kind of discussion get me in trouble? (i.e. someone says the present should die or be killed, that peoples should fight against the police, etc..) thanks for your time!
Go through GA's TOS and you will find all your answers there . You will be responsible for each and every sentence that is found on your site .So moderation mush be very strict . Also do not rely only on adsense . Use other advertisers as well.
Yeah.. as the webmaster, you will be responsible for the contents posted in your forum. Have a look at the policies, you will get it all there.
