From the little amount of information you have provided, no we cannot provide a reason or fix.

What type of server systems are you running? cPanel or Windows based systems?

How are you creating the sub domains? are there any errors during the creation of the subdomain?

I have linux based server and cPanel installed in it. I created the subdomain from my cPanel, and there was no error when I created the subdomain. Is this information enough?

DNS Zone for subdomain is already set. But I dont think that for subdomains to work setting DNS Zone is not necessary. I have subdomains working without having DNS zone added. The subdomain still dont work. . .

    Hello,

You should check your errorlogs. There must be any error while accessing subdomains, so that you can trace exact cause of this matter.

    Thanks
