    I was thinking of creating subdomain for every niche and hosting them on Wordpress blogs.

    Example 1:

    For niche Diamonds i will use same domain domain.com and put it on Diamonds subdomain so it will look like this:

    diamonds.domain.com

    Example 2:

    Credit cards:

    creditcards.domain.com

    What do you think of this method? Will i get some traffic this way? Should i put time in creating on hundreds of these websites?

    You can follow that way to make a farm of blogs.
    You can earn from Adsense as well but it is not easy to sell them.

    You really must be a hard-working blogger to do that, anyway.

    Smart way to earn more with Adsense, hard way to execute

    What happens if you do all that work and don't get any traffic? I can't see any traffic benefit to this, but I can see it as a way to get highly targeted adsense ads displayed as long as you can bring in traffic. Who knows what Google will really do with it. They would all be sitting on the same IP, and Google claims that shared IP's are not a problem, but how do they view shared IP's with a volume of MFA sites?

    You can always test it with a small a small sample before you scale it.

    It'll work only if you create so much content to each blog.

    You'll need:
    * More unique content;
    * More backlinks;

    But, it isn't impossible. If you think you can be able to do it, so... do it! :)

    Google and Adsense do not treat sub-domains any differently than other domains.

    I had the same idea as you and i was just about to make a post when i came across your post.

    My idea is to create a bunch of niche websites all linked to a main website somehow and then advertise each individually and as a whole on forums that are related to each niche. Blogs would be to hard for me to manage though and my content would stay the same. I had a short and pretty general domain name laying around that i could use, atticpop.com. (I started this yesterday) I decided to make it a ebay cashflow site, like an affiliate thing and it has adsense on it. Then I had the idea of making the subdomains instead of having to spend tons of money on each new domain for each topic. I created xbox360.atticpop.com as a test and it looks pretty good. I have yet to advertise it however and see any results, but i will be posting updates on my blog, all the scripts i use can be found on my buyinstantebooks.com site.

    Good luck with your idea!

    Regards,
    Markus
