Subdomain?

    I'm going to create a site with 20 subdomain about many things:
    internet.mydomain.com
    computer.mydomain.com
    health.mydomain.com
    sport.mydomain.com
    ...

    Is it possible to use adsense in the first page and sub domains?

    You can use adsense on every your web page if it is not against adsense rules.
    Read Adsense TOS and you will know.
