Is it a good idea to create uk.site.com and submit that to google as well? Keep in mind that the content of uk.site.com will be exactly the same as site.com. Will google penalize the site, or will it simply use the uk subdomain in the uk search results?
You should never have duplicate content. Pick where you want google to find the content, and if you have duplicate content, add no index, no follow.
I definitely would not do that. You're going to run into a duplicate content issue. You're better off coming up with new content catering to the UK
Ok, can you guys tell me why there are certain sites that do that, yet remain at #1 spot for their keywords, such as askmen.com?
sub domain is good idea to use. what i had seen.some time google consider is duplicate content & some not. but its a better way to rewrite the original content for sub domain...whenever there is an idea of subdomain there must be some logic. can u please tell y r u going to create sub domain?
