Subdomain Vs Folder

    When should i use subdomain or folder ? Which is better for seo ?

    I am no expert, but I'd say go for the subdirectory. I have use a subdomain for my own site and it just wasn't indexed. Then I changed it to a subdirectory and boom, the number of indexed pages went up almost immediately

    Subdomains is of more importance with regards to backlinks but they are usually not treated as normal sites.
