I am new here and want to get some realy advice that i currently have.

I bought magnet4power.com 40 days ago.At that time, this website does not get any google traffic. When I typed major keywords, there come up a website "magnet4power.gianweb.com/". Then I asked the previous owner what's happening. He told me that is an affiliate site,he didnot know what happen.

Then I hired one seo expert and do some real hard work in one month.I checked their work carefully, and make sure that they did not do any black seo. After several days the expert did seo,magnet4power.com rank high again for major kewyords, and "magnet4power.gianweb.com/" disappeared.

The problem is ,10 days ago,my site"www.magnet4power.com" google traffic downed to zero without any reasons, and "magnet4power.gianweb.com/" again goes to the positions that my site ever ranked.

I wrote several letters to google and ask them, google did not reply me.
Can anybody know what happen with this issue? Now,my site gets zero traffic, and I checked, that "magnet4power.gianweb. com/ is not my affiliate at all,and they did not bring any revenue to me.

well, no amount of SEO will affect whether magnet4power.gianweb.com appear in SERPs
The content on both magnet4power.com and magnet4power.gianweb.com are identical, if they copied your site, you can file a DMCA and ask them to take down the site.

As for your site disappearing from the SERPs, that's probably due to Google Dance effect (normally for newer sites)
Just keep on building up on your backlinks, as well as some content creation for long tail KWs
Soon you find your site back on the SERPs

Sorry, I don't suggest you to keep building back-links more for your website. Currently Google is more active to check duplicate content, and back links on your site. If your site has duplicate content please remove that and add unique content on your site, remove bad backlinks first. It may be cause of Google penalty, that will be dangerous for your site. After changing content build quality back-links only on related content. And avoid sub-domain to promote. Use C Class IP to promote different information on different sites.

The problem is your site is one big image, with zero text. You can't expect it to rank anywhere high for a long time when it's in that format. There's no text for a search engine to grab on to. So I recommend you go to blogger.com and start a blog site that you update with content each week. Also, why did you hire an SEO person to just take your money in this way?
