My domain got out of sandbox, now I want to positionize another page, if I want it to be out of sandbox, should I use a directory or subdomain? or is it the same?

    Thanks

directory by all means. a subdomain is considered another domain, so you would need to wait again just to get it out of the sandbox..

Are you talking about adding a second page to your site, or expanding into a new subject? In the case of adding a mere second page, I would not make a directory or subdomain for that. In the case of branching out - depends on how far you are branching out. I've launched a subdomain and a subdirectory on roughly the same (for my site new) subject - and seen them wait for google roughly the same period. In the end having a subdomain has advantages in the long run. But it seems pretty useless to make a new subdomain for every new page.

I'll respectfully disagree with fsmedia as regards subdomains.

I have de-sandboxed sites and I've not experienced any further sandbox when adding subdomains to those sites.

I would think it is not dependent on whether or not it is a subdomain, but on whether or not a totally new subject is started.
