    Hey guys:

Does a subdomain (for instance .es for spain)

    as in .es.url.com

is this considered regional as in helping a link within this site rank well in the google.es?

    its hosted in another country.....

i know google treats this as a different site than the www. ....

why not also use www.site.com/sub as wwell as sub.site.com
    ??

when u do SEO works, use the www.site.com/sub, but there's always a temp or perm redirect 301 or 302

    hope it helps

The hosting server and the IP address will help for sure, however getting more backlinks pointing to each subdomain from other websites using the same targeted .TLD local server (spain in your case) is your next target.
