Subdomain Co-op Issue possible weight hijack?

    Hello there,
I asked a while ago about subdomains and the addition of the www.domain.com in another thread but seemed to have stumbled across another issue.

Using site:www.domain.com shows 50,000 (hypothetical numbers here...) pages indexed.

However, using site:domain.com shows only 5000

One of my subdomains using site:xyz.domain.com shows 55,000 pages indexed.

Adding www.domain.com to the co-op shows an accurate weight value for the pages indexed

Adding domain.com to the co-op shows a ridiculously low number (which reflects the site:domain.com index) - isn't this supposed to be the sum of all subdomains indexed in Google?

However, I couldn't add xyz.domain.com since it said it was already added. Could someone else been leeching off my subdomains?

If anyone has the power to investigate this in the co-op, I'll PM you the details of the site.

    Thanks!
