[Sub-Sug] Money/Currency exchanges (Trades)

Hello,

I read about the new rules and stuff, that you don't allow Money/Currency Exchanges from now on on DP, but what do you think of the possibility to add a new subforum for exchanges to high iTrader users?

So for example only 10+ iTrader users will be able to browse and post in that subforum.. A lot of us are actually legit traders and me for example i can't find another way to get Egold other than PayPal -> Egold.. Although i got scammed once here ($150..) i still want to have this option available..

Well that's what i wanted to say.
