I'm planning to use various subdomains for testing purposes, I'd still like to have ganalytics on them.

They won't be interlinked at all and i don't really want google's search to look at them as being the same. If i put ganalytics on all of these will it think the subdomains sites are related?

as google gives you 50 odd domains/subdomains, make one for each domain..

but no, google wont treat them as the same, but analytics will. Might be better value to use a different account per subdomain.

Actually i don't care too much about analytics treating them the same. I'm pretty fine with that, it will make my job easier. I don't expect too much traffic to come from the sites anyhow. But i might be doing some black hat things on some of them and i don't want all of them to be banned.
