If we create a subdomain, such as

    h ttp://blog.domain.com or
    h ttp://domain.com/blog

which one better? other then position is front or back, which one play good in SEO? Does search engine put either one in higher priority?

blog.domain.com is subdomain. But domain.com/blog is not the form of
subdomain. It's still TLD with a folder behind it.These two are made by
different ways. For SEO,I would like to advise you to use the former.:)

Based on my experience, the subdomain is more better coz G see it as separate domain from your main domain.
So it will not leech your PR juice from your main domain.

Yes google treats subdomains as separate domains so I would go for the sub-folder instead.
Why spread your PR around thinly? it's better to concentrate it in one place.
A blog is not going to 'leech' PR from the main domain, it is going to add to it.
Your main domain will also have some age, a subdomain would be brand new and may be sandboxed for a while.

So on a one word domain you can have like buy.car.com new.car.com and this would be better seo for each term?

No, Im saying use subdirectories instead like this:
    car.com/buy/
    car.com/new/
    car.com/bmw/
    car.com/ford/

One strong site instead of 100 weak ones.

    thank guys...

i think i better follow the formal one...

but does formal sub domain link back to the main domain play a good role at SEO?
(since google tread sub domain as separate domain)

IMO you should go with domain.com/blog. I don't think sub domain link back to main domain will really HELP.
