Hi, Recently I created a sub domain on my website and uploaded a test page. Still after 1 week I am unable to see anything in it. Then I tried accessing it through proxy website and it looked fine. It seems strange to me as I am able to access my website and another sub-domain without any problem. My question is, is this the issue with my hosting provider or something else? Please guide me.
i don't think this issue come from the servers if you are able to see sub-domains via proxy, you should contact them through to see if they can provide you any help regarding your issue. did you get any response from servers when you ping your subdomains on your PC?
Your IP may have blocked ask them to remove your IP from Deny IPS list in WHM configure IP Firewall hope it will help you
