Looking to buy a selection of stylish women clip art for a project. Saw some stuff at templatefolio.com but those guys have not been able to get registration, payment or even mere contact forms to work properly for months. Can anyone offer some good suggestions? Anything stylish, cool, attractive, maybe a little alluring for a women's-based site. Not looking for the junk clip art that has C-Grade clip art that nobody would buy except in a package that says it has 500,000 pieces of junk.
Not sure if you can use this but I'm willing to sell the original file for a cheap price. Used it once for a local makeup poster. Link to image
Nice stuff both of you, thanks. But I'm looking for a collection of clip art. I need to dress up a web site, similar to what the people are doing at popsugar.com but I'm not going after their product.
Many thanks - that's a thought going forward and may be good although what I'm really looking for is the popsugar idea. You've got these stylish cartoon/manga/illustration women who can dress up your site to feel chic and feminine cool but without attaching someone's face to the page. A couple of images of types like Betty, Veronica, Josie from the Pussycats, etc. There's something about photographs that seems a little intruding to me and the cartoon/mascot feel takes a little edge off and is friendlier without feeling intrusive. Yes, fotosearch has some good ones but at around $100 per just for low resolution that's just too much for this kind of stuff but not so if you're using it for an ad flyer that you're printing several thousand of. Thanks much for the help. Unfortunately the one place that has them is unreachable (I wonder how he keeps that site up!)
Please check some of the sites like you need to do adavnced search in these but you will surely get the data required clipart.com fotosearch.com(clipart section)
I purchased a vector collection of active female images a year back. Try and make a google search on "active girls clipart". Might take you somewhere. I forgot where I purchased them but will try to find a link for you. If in case nothing comes up, maybe I can resell the collection to you.
Many thanks for all the help guys, really. The search on active girls didn't yield anything although I'd be interested in taking a look. I forgot all about boxed art which has what I need for the most part. I'm waiting for "approval" for my card from them which seems to take foreverer. Too bad about templatefolio.com but at least now I'm covered. Again, many thanks to everyone for helping out in this thread with some great ideas.
