stylesheet missing in wordpress

    what is stylesheet?the stylesheet file is missing .how can i replace it?

    this is the message displayed at the bottom of my theme section "The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template."

    Every theme has a style.css. Reupload yours if it is missing.
