Style'ing <select> menus (dhtml?)

    Hello everyone.

I've been playing around with navigation bars etc.

Seems internet is full of navigation bars created using html + CSS2.

Now I came to problem while style'ing <select> menus.

Seems I'm allowed to change padding, bg color, font size/color etc.
But is there a chance to change arrow in this listbox ?

    I also found examples like:
    http://www.javascriptkit.com/script/script2/dhtmlcombo.shtml

It is pretty nice. I'd change graphics etc. I'd do on click event, instead on mouse over.

But the main problem now is:
How I can add a scroller, if that listbox contains > 100 rows?
And yet one problem, I can't access this listbox by pressing alphabetics
    on keyboard.

Maybe someone can point me where I should digg ?

Tried searching google a lot, but all examples are using similar techniques.
no examples using styled listboxes with scroller.

Thank you so much for any help!

    Cheers,
    Jaroslav
