Stupid wordpress question

    Ok - I know this is a dumb question , But I never really work with wordpress,

    Once I get the stantard (packaged) theme live ,

    How do I change the theme?

    I have downloaded a new theme I want,

    Do I just upload the files ?

    Upload the files to the theme directory and activate the theme in the admin panel by clicking on the presentation tab.
