Im sure a lot of people have gotten taken by this though.
I get tones of spam email from supposedly banks and even the logos and the graphics on the top of the email look like the real thing, the only thing that gives it a way is the email. They keep asking me to change my bank details by email because there has been a security breach in my accounts, and the funny thing is i dont even belong to the banks either, I wonder how many people they actually catch out..its sad
it's the poor grammar that usually makes them (and this one) easy for me to spot... I guess if they could read and write, they'd have a real job..
You should report it to Blizzard asap. They're suppose to warn all account holders and take steps against this scammer!
I hate getting those spam mails, i must have heaps of email accounts just so i don't get spam emails lol.
The guy who sent you this email is really dumb, you can't steal a wow account if you don't have the secret question.
no. I emailed him and asked him about it, what he does is he logs into their accoutn with the password, and unloads all of the gold and armor and weapons and everything on the account to some other account, then sells that he said he had only made $30 after doing that for about a week, pshhh
