So I was scammed $90. And Filed a claim and everything (it was for service)
    and I LOST.
I called them yesterday wandering when I would get my money back...and they said since it was for service there giving the money back to the seller.

I almost started crying right there on the phone! I was sooo pissed. I was soo mad that I said
"So you're saying I can scam someone else for "service" to get back my $90?"

I hate paypal soooo much. BUT the good thing is I called my bank and there going to credit me the money that was taken out of there ($45)

I think he should cry because $90 is a decent amount of money to him I think.

When making the dispute, what did you file it as?

If you make a dispute saying it was "Unauthorized", then 99% of the time you will win and get your money back.

Maybe you should remember that for the future, if anything like this happens again ;)

You should shoot the scammer, find another way the revenge cause that's what I will do. Hit the scammer twice as hard as he/she hit you.

Exactly. Within my first week of being in the ecommerce (sales) business, I was slapped with an unauthorized transaction from an impatient buyer. Fortunately, I had the paperwork to back it up. The sale of digital items, on the other hand, is a completely different matter...

There are a lot of scammers on DP.

You just got to be careful when dealing with some people but there are also a lot of good people on DP.

I lost around $40 in the same way for the damn "service". Remember guys, if you don't buy any physical goods with shipping id or something like that, Paypal in general will not refund your money for fraud case. Simply becuase there is no concrete proof.
I had to learn it in hard way:rolleyes:
