I thought I would share this with everyone so they don't do this.

I have a site with wordpress. I a small amount of content on it. I was reading about SEO techniques with wordpress. One of the techniques was to change to link structure to a certain format. I did that.
Now all my my links from google searchs get the 404 page becuase I changed the link structure.

If there is a way to fix it let me know otherwise don't change your link structure after you have been spidered.

You might be able to change back to old link structure and get links back.

redirect your 404's (at least the most popular pages) to their current page ?

I don't have very many pages but I don't know how to redirect them either.
I changed the 404 to day that the site was just updated and some links have been changed use the menu on the left.
That's all I could think of.

    Ok,
I figured out my old link structure and set it back, and now they all work.
Thanks for that idea, I didn't even think about it.

There is a permalink redirector plugin...

You set your new permalinks up...and then tell the permalink redirector what your old structure was...then the plugin will take care of the rest :)
