I need a stunning designer by all it means who are making designs in really stylish way. I will need a logo for blog and forum integrated along with design , and few things to be changed in already existing wordpress theme. Then there will be needed one landing page designed with integrating also login form in it from the script. And there will be needed to be made a logo for forum and replaced with existing and changing few things in forum layout +few new graphics to be made( it's a vbulletin forum) And then there will be needed to be made ~4banners (2static +2animated different sizes) + ~3-4another graphics ( texts written as images and formated as really stylish graphics) Preferable web2.0 Style for all this! I need a reliable person for this who knows also simple php just to integrate design along with everything else and change few things in design for WP blog+vbulletin forum! Total Budget is $120 for All this(non-negotiable ) FULL payment on delivery (no-exceptions!) Your budget is pretty low considering the number of revisions and design creations you need. I'd suggest raising the budget and you would have more interest.
Well, have you found someone to complete your project? You need a solid programmer who has used vBulletin and Wordpress and has design skills? You might have better luck to get closer to your budget if you hire 2-3 people instead of trying to find a guru
WP Design & Logo creation - $150+ Vbulletin Redesign & Logo creation - $350+ Integration (im not a coder, but im guessing around $400+ for those 2 items listed above) Asking for it to be done for $120 - Priceless. You should really consider getting your budget up, or at least asking for quotations. Best of luck.
