    Yes you can get lots of traffic. Though it is not as good as search engine traffic, it is still traffic and can earn you money. If you have an interesting site, you will also get return visitors. On top of that it fun as hell!

    Not bad as long as its free ;)

    Anything for free is not bad :p

    But imo its not a quality traffic because

    1) it doesn't produce direct reveneue
    2) it doesn't stick to your site later
