    I stumbled my own blog a couple of time but have stumbled a lot of other sites too so hopefully I should be ok. I actually quite enjoy using the stumble button - found some useful sites so far

    You are right as this is also my own experience that they will not ban you but I would say it once again that unless some real people do not actually your posts organically, stumble upon cannot show any magic.

    add the widgets and encourage your readers to do it for you. I think they will ban you if you submit 100 posts of your own. I had trouble when submitting my own articles
